Woke up this morning to beautiful
sunshine. Had it all day. Did some laundry, cleaned a little, cooked a little,
very little, ran a couple errands, back in time for lunch. Cleaned my bike, boy was it a mess. Planned on riding today, but that didn't happen. Hopefully tomorrow. Sure need the exercise. After dinner, our entertainment lasted til dark. We watched while a momma kill deer and her 5 or 6 babies scampered around the field in front of us. It was the highlight of my day. Mostly viewed them with binoculars. So much fun. The momma would dive bomb other birds that flew by. As the evening progressed, the momma tired, and tried to collect all her babies under her. Some were just not ready for bed yet. Darkness fell, so I hope those cuties settled in for the night. That is what I'm going to do as soon as I finish this mesage.

Took many shots of momma and her babies, but they were too small and too far away. Boo hoo
Would loved to have shared them with you.
