Hi Guys, all of you out there on this beautiful, sunny, day. Hoping your day, wherever you may be, has been as glorious as mine. My day started as usual with a couple cups of java. Tim decided to get his walk in early this morning...5:45am, yep, that's early. Me, I passed on my walk, traded it for an afternoon bike ride. Went to church, then out to lunch with Lori and Don. Great time!! Read some this afternoon, Brain On Fire, true story about a New York Post journalist who developed a brain problem. Very interesting read, sad at times. It was a restful day for Tim. Late afternoon, he and I played horseshoes. A first for me, but not Tim. After it was over, I called my dad to get some pointers. Sure needed some advice. His best suggestion was just have fun. Aim for the post and throw. That's exactly what I was doing. Really wanted a little magic words, but I guess what Dad gave me was just that. It's not the Olympics, only something to pass time the time away. So have fun!!!
Yesterday we had a potluck dinner, sending best wishes to the parks camp host, who is leaving Monday. So much yummmmmmy goodies. Then a little karaoke. Great entertainment!!!
Tomorrow we are heading to Gulf Shores...Tim's idea. We plan to spend the day, should be fun. Will give details on that trip tomorrow night. No pics for now, hopefully will have some tomorrow.
