Sunday MOTHER'S DAY

                                                          Happy Mother's Day Mom
You're the best.  Sure miss you.  Thanks for all your love.
                                                            Be seeing again some day

This blog is dedicated to the best mother ever

Want to shout out a big HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to each person who mothers children or pets.  Each require unconditional love and patience.

I had wonderful time today.  Jacki and Geoff planned a surprise day for me.  They decided we should take the top off the jeep and drive it.  Still not knowing where we were going, although looking back on the day, I should have.  We headed toward Mooresville, busy...busy...busy.  Leaving Mooresville, I still had no idea.  Pulling into the driveway, bingo.  Now I knew.  Lazy 5 Ranch, a safari drive thru zoo.  Love this place.  Jacki and I have been before...amazing.  You really need to love animals.  There are buffalo, emu, ostrich, potbelly pigs, giraffes, many kinds of deer, goats, did I mention buffalo, even water buffalo, zebras, camels, rhino, miniature donkeys, even cute prairie dogs, llamas, and more we probably missed or I forgot.  Oh, by the way there were buffalo there also.  Ummmm yes I love buffalo.  You could buy buckets of food to feed the animals.  They, the critters would stick their heads right into the jeep looking for food.  If there was no bucket to see, them babies would pass you right by.  Oh my gosh, it was so much fun.  After this adventure, dinner was next on the agenda.  Epic was their choice.  A great one it was. This is a fine dining restaurant in historic downtown Mooresville.   Very crouded, even a 30 minute wait with reservations.  Believe me,  it was worth every minute of it.  My favorite was the ham and pecan pie.  Everything was excellent.  The tea was even great.  Best of all was being with Jacki and Geoff.  What a wonderful day!!!  Thanks so much you sweetie pies.  Love y'all to pieces.

My trip to Ohio was one of the best trips there ever.  Being with my family just puts me at peace.  Had so much fun.  The Cincinnati Reds game was one of the highlights.  Even though we lost, and it sprinkled a little rain, still had lots of fun.  Eating a brat at a ball game, man that's hard to beat.  It was so good seeing my dad.  Too much time between visits is not good.  And being with my grandkids, especially Trace...great grandson.  Next month Molli will be giving us another great grandson, Gus. I also have friends there I didn't get to see.  So for my next trip, I am going to make it my priority to visit them.  Also a few family members I missed will be on my for sure list.

Have a few pics to share.  Enjoy...  Maybe not.  Cannot locate.  Will continue looking for them.
