Today started off with rain, not much of a surprise. I think it rained til early afternoon. I even had to run to the grocery in the rain. I sound like a baby, huh. Did a load of laundry, some house cleaning, and some reading. I'm sitting here trying to think about today's happenings. Time just goes by so fast, from coffee time to now it's almost bedtime. My...my.
Ok, I said I had another
first and here it is.
Kayaking. That's right. I have been wanting to try it ever since we arrived at Lake Norman. Well, it finally happened tonight. It was sooooo much fun. Greg, the manager here went with me. Next time I'm doing it alone. I can't wait to go out again, if I can keep the rain away.
After that wonderful excitement, came a beautiful sunset. Life doesn't get much better.
