I have to start with the fright. Just now, we were outside in our new theatre area, enjoying tv, for the first time in 3 weeks, and a huge burst of heavy rain and crazy winds came in like a tidal wave. Our 20 ft. awning whipped up and back down. I thought it was a gonner. Thank goodness Tim got it under control and rolled back up. We were hurrying like madmen, getting everything put up. Now, 15 minutes later, rains still coming down, but not bad. No heavy winds anymore. Wow, what an experience!! Tim just went out to help a motor home that just arrived in the dark, in the rain. This is a very confusing campground. They did not know where to go. No camp host here. So Tim tried to find their site. They turned up a dead end drive, and had to back out all the way down, in the rainy, darkness. Tim, my hero. He directed them to their site. Tim came in saying he was glad he went to help them. This was their first time out and the wife was driving. The gentleman was elderly and could not hear well. So, Tim, who does not hear well at all also, is helping someone else, with in hearing problem. Sweet, but super funny.
Before this event, we were having a not much to talk about day. Tim got his ladder from Jacki last night, so he washed windows. And of course, now it's raining on them. I washed a couple loads of laundry. We walked about 4 miles this morning, all around this campground. We cooked out and ate out tonight for dinner. Fun, fun, and fun.
That's about it for tonight.
Sweet dreams...
No matter what, life is great.
God is great
