Friday, What A Day

And my days, just keep getting better.  Started off this morning with a para-glider came to my campground to lift off.   What a sight to see.  Just perfect.  The landing was also.

Now, wasn't that a marvelous way to start a day!!!!!

Shortly after that excitement, my sister Tina, called.  What a chat we had.  Don't know who is excited about us going to her on Tuesday, the most, me or her.  Then it was lunchtime.  After that, still being pumped from talking to Tina, went for a 2 mile/break/3+ mile bike ride.  It's now 95 degrees.  And yes, I'm a bit hot.  Came back, trying to cool down, and Jacki called.  Now, I ask you, can my life be blessed much better than this?  Ummmm, no.  But we did have another pinch of entertainment...went to a car show.  The town of Gering was hosting the Oregon Trail Days Festival and it was in full throttle with, carnival rides, food and drink venders, and the car show.  Tomorrow is their parade.  Sure can't wait for that.
