Sunday, Mixed Up Day

This has been a crazy day, still wonderful.  Started out with a 5+ mile bike ride.  Then, nice chat with my daddy-o, reading...trying to finish current book,  lunch, then we became tourists.  Headed out to a small old town, Bridgeport.  There is going to be a rodeo there on July 4th.  Tim wanted to make sure he knew where it was.  Also in Bridgeport, there are famous rock formations...Courthouse Rock and Jailhouse Rock.  It amazes me how the pioneers came up with the names.

Back at the ranch around 3ish, had a snack and continued my reading, while Tim was on the internet, researching.  Then, out of the blue, came horrific hollering winds, then pounding heavy rains.  Rocked us like a momma rocks a crying baby.  It came up so fast, almost didn't get the awnings up.  But we did.  About 30 minutes later, all over.  Finished my book, Tim, viewing Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta youtube videos.  We will be there in October.  Dinnertime...don't know what yet.
