Monday, Best Day in 30 Days

And what made this day be the best day in 30 days?   Tim's dr visit was super duper.  Dr. Vick removed the cath with NO PAIN.  Yahoo.....Tim did not want me to in the room with him.  So I took my ipad and was prepared  for a wait.  Didn't happen...Tim returned to me in 10 minutes or less.  I did not even complete one game of Candy Crush.  Tim was prepared for lots of agony from the removal. To his surprise, hardly any.  So one more visit on the 29th and then we will be off to Daytona Beach.

Want to back track a little to Friday.  Along with being a beautiful day, I escaped in the kayak for almost two hours.  What a  time I had.  Again...LOVE IT!  Was planning on going out on Saturday as well, but to much traffic on the lake changed my mind.  So I will patiently bide my time till another beautiful calm day comes and then I'll make a beeline to the lake.

Today is our grandson Nick's 25th birthday.  Happy birthday darlin.  Hope you're reading this.  Also hope your day has been great.

I'm trying to recall the weekend.  Just the good points...we had many visitors come by to check on Tim.  Being here over seven months, has given us time to bond with lots of other campers here and the workers also.  They are like our extended family.  It gives me a fuzzy feeling.  Pat went to a pumpkin festival on Saturday and brought us back a couple pumpkins.  That was so sweet.  Then  Sunday evening the Kings over came with big pot of bright yellow mums.  Mrs King was the lady washing her coach.  She is soooooo sweet.  They will be here at least two years.  She has her site filled with beautiful yellow and other fall colored mums.  Maybe some other flowers as well.  Another couple that's on our tier, the Smiths, are also wonderful to us.  They come just on the weekends.  The other workampers are also very attentive to us.  Everyone here has shown Tim much loving concern.  Sweet.........

Guess I'll stop for now and post a couple pics.  Hope you enjoy them.
