Wednesday, Hump Day

 Today is a good day for us.  I was reminded yesterday, to drop a line or two often  just to let my faithful followers know how we are doing.   I really like to post pics with  my writing.  If I haven't taken any for that day, I kind of pass on a blog.  Usually that means nothing worth sharing has transpired.  Today is one of those days.  So I thought I would share my new living room accessories.

      New rug ties window treatment together.  Room is a little bright, colors not showing so vivid
                    I brought the bird pillows from the bedroom and using them in here for a change

                            Will be replacing this table with a fireplace when we get to Alabama

                                The fireplace will be approximately the same size as the table

                                                I'll be using the "bar" skin rug in front of it

                                                             Every fireplace needs one

                                      I saw a coach that turned the steering wheel into a table

                                                   Pat found one at a garage sale...I think

                                                       I love it.  Makes it kind of homey

                                                           This is where I usually sit

                                            Doesn't Tim's ponytail plant show up great there

                                                                            Love it

                                          I mean, does she have to sit on my brand new rug

                                                     Saw I was missing cocktail sauce
                                         Dabbed some in the middle of the shrimp hearts
                                            Tim's comment was...Two bleeding hearting
                                                            And I added just like us!
