Thursday, Heading South

Hello to my family and friends,
We are sitting at Cracker Barrel in Vicksburg Mississippi for the night.  Had dinner here, man I am stuffed, and its too dark to walk it off.  Last night, I enjoyed a delishious apple dumplin.  I sure will be glad to park this bad boy and get back to normal living.  Whatever normal is.  We will be staying somewhere on the gulf shores for a week.  Then it's on to Summerdale, Al....our winter home.

Getting here was one of the roughest days yet.  Driving over 7, yes 7 hours on bumpy Hwy 65.  It was the scenic route.  That part I liked.  I was amazed at what these states were like.  Their landforms were so different from one section of the state to another.  Very enjoyable.  But Louisiana and Arkansas sure need to improve their roads.

We are trying to find a campground for a week before completing our winter home destination.  I should say Tim is trying.   I'm ready to kiss this day good night.  Tomorrow will be a busy one also.

Pics later

Life is good
God is great
Nite all
