I need to back up. This is now Thursday. Lost my Internet during the last sentence of that paragraph above. Crazy huh...so I will try to complete yesterday, quickly. It really was a slow good day. So about the Beach Fluffer and his good job. On my usual morning walk along the beach yesterday, you would not believe the debris that had been washed ashore. It was especially sad that morning because of the long hard day of effort the Beach Fluffer exhibited. Keeping on tract of yesterday's good day, I also followed suit and did my part by picking up what I could. I found a big piece of black plastic, from who knows what, and a large yellow salt bag. I'm sure that bag came from a fisherman's boat. I picked up enough trash to almost fill that yellow bag. It was all I could do to drag that mess to the closest trash can, which was at my campground, not real close. That's right, no trash bins of any kind were located on or even near the beach. Well, that was my good deed.
Now, let's skip to today. Maybe I can't do that here. I think I will have to start a new page so it will be on Thursday. I will post a pic of yesterday's sunrise, quite beautiful I think.
See y'all on Thursday.
Tried to delete one of these, didn't work
Enjoy both
The pics above are carvings from trees that were lost during Katrina
I know my camera doesn't give you clarity, but these are absolutely awesome
They have many tree carvings from here to Biloxi, 30 miles along the Gulf Shores
I know they are crooked, oh well cannot fix them
This is a huge ship at a Biloxi port
Filled with containers of goods going somewhere
A guard told me no pictures and to go away
So I did, after a couple images taken in my jeep
Passed a hotel for pelicans
Guess I was invading their privacy
Away they go
I was only watching
Awesome sailboat
Closing off for Wednesday...
